East Main Quarters

I am looking for someone to take over my July 2025-2026 lease at East Main Quarters. There are 4 individual units with one shared common area that has a kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and a patio. Each bedroom is a suite-style unit with a... kitchen area with a sink and mini fridge, built in desk area, a full bathroom, and a separated living room/bedroom area.
The apartment is on the first floor. Trash is picked up outside your door Monday-Thursday. The rooms are fully furnished, including a couch and a bed. Each unit also has two closets and an individual air conditioning unit that you can control separately. Pets are allowed.

A female is preferred; you would be living with 3 other women but you have a large space to yourself, so you don't have to interact much if you don't want to.
It's about a 10 minute walk to campus through a lit street, right beside the police station so as a woman, I feel pretty safe walking back from my night classes.

If you want more information about the apartments, go to East Main Quarters' website.
