Sam has been a force in the residential and commercial real estate sectors in Tennessee for more than Nine years. He routinely exceeds expectations in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing property, including arranging private equity funding for commercial projects. Sam is currently a member of the Morning Rotary Club in Brentwood, Tennessee, and has raised more than $125,000 as the Founder of the Kerala Association of Nashville, an organization for immigrants from Kerala, India and initiated several charitable activities for natural calamities in India and Nepal.
